What you get

A monthly digest of newly registered Oregon businesses in the territory you subscribe to, filtered and scored by clerks.io. Delivery is monthly; volume varies with how many businesses actually register that month.

Permitted use

Data is sourced from Oregon Secretary of State public business registration records and is provided for prospecting and marketing only. It may not be used, in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing an individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing (FCRA, 15 U.S.C. 1681).

Your responsibilities

How you contact these businesses is your responsibility. Compliance with TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry, and CAN-SPAM rests with the subscriber.

No redistribution

Data is licensed to you for your own prospecting. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute it, in whole or in part.

Exclusivity

Exclusive plans make you the sole subscriber for a given county and industry for as long as the subscription is active. Exclusivity is released when the subscription ends, and the territory becomes available to others.

Cancellation

Month-to-month. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are paid up front and are not refunded pro rata.

Removal requests

Businesses named in these records may request removal at https://clerks.io/opt-out. Removals are honoured immediately and apply to all future digests.
