What we publish
clerks.io republishes business-registration records that the Oregon Secretary of State makes public: business name, entity type, registration date, the address on the filing, and the names of associated parties. We do not enrich these with phone numbers, personal email addresses, or data from any other source.
These are real people
Many Oregon businesses are registered at their owner’s home address. We treat that seriously: the data is used only in its business-registration context, and we do not build profiles of individuals. Named in these records and want to be removed? We honour removal requests immediately and without argument. Request removal.
What we collect about you
If you request a sample or subscribe: your name, company, email, and the territory you asked about. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. We don’t run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
