We can conduct a warm transfer or a live transfer. A warm transfer allows your Clerk to talk to you first to make sure you’re actually available, before transferring the call. A live transfer is a call transferred directly to you without checking that you’re available first.

Each appointment will be accompanied by all of the information you’ll need to meet with the caller and will also include an Appointment Reminder Call.

Making outbound calls comes standard with every account. You can incorporate outbound calls with appointment setting, calling customers who’ve filled out a form on your website, or even making appointment reminder calls for you.
